With less than a month for the World World Championship final (WTC) of 2025 between world Africa in 2025, the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed that the winners of the single game will gain double the prize that the two previous editions. From the total price basin for the WTC 2023-25 cycle of 5.76 million USD, which is already more than double that of the two previous editions, the winners will leave with 3.6 million USD (being approximately 30,79,48,931 Indian rupees), a significant jump of 1.6 million USD allocated to the winners of 2021 and 2023 editions.
The finalists, on the other hand, will earn USD 2.16 million (approximately 18,47,96,390 Indian rupees), which is also up compared to 800,000 USD. India, twice WTC finalists who finished in third place, will obtain 12.31 98,048 rupees. “We attended a very interesting third cycle of the World CPI test championship, where the finalists were only decided towards the end of the competition.”

South Africa dominated the ranking of the WTC 2023-25 and became the first team to obtain a place in the final at the victories of the Lord’s series via Series against Pakistan, the Antilles, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, as well as a series drawn against India at home. They continue to win their first WTC title.

Australia now aims to make history as the first tournament champion.
