Ahead of WPL 2026 auction, RCB released some good players, and will have to replace them before next season.
Another day has passed, and the RCB management would have reached a step closer to finalising the list of players they would want from the WPL 2026 auction, that is supposed to take place in Delhi on November 27. The team retained four players — Smriti Mandhana, Richa Ghosh, Ellyse Perry and Shreyanka Patil, and now the onus is on the management, to compile a strong squad for the next season.
InsideSport takes a look at the all-rounders that RCB should target at WPL 2026 auction:
All-rounders RCB need to bag at WPL Auction
Amelia Kerr: Budget for RCB could be a constraint, but then that is the punt they would have to take. If they can somehow manage to get this New Zealand all-rounder, they could have a formidable squad.
Chloe Tryon: The South African player had a great World Cup 2025, where she contributed with the bat and the ball. She could be a big asset for the team.
Shikha Pandey: She has been put of the Indian team, but has regularly played in leagues around the globe. More recently, she was a part of the WCPL, and could be a good addition.
Nadine de Klerk: Who can forget her exploits with the bat, in the World Cup group match against India. She can come down the order and can derail the opposition with some big blows. She is a great pacer too.
