India wicket-keeper Dhruv Jurel, on Thursday, was named the captain of the Central Zone team for the upcoming Duleep Trophy 2025, starting this month. Jurel was recently part of the IND vs ENG series, and played the lest Test. The youngster has been in the scheme of things for the Indian team for some time now, and is looked as a future prospect.
As far as the other players are concerned, RCB skipper, who won the team’s first-ever IPL title, was selected in the team, but was not made the skipper. Kuldeep Yadav, Deepak Chahar, Khaleel Ahmed also made it to the squad.
